Autism CRC Research Awards announced at ASfAR

Autism CRC is proud to announce the recipients of the 2023 Autism CRC Awards for Achievement in Autism Research.

This year, we presented one award for Best Inclusive Research Practice and two awards for Best Translation of Autism Research.

Work is underway to develop an evidence-based framework to address the current gap in understanding and lack of consensus about how best to assess, differentiate, and report children’s functional strengths and support needs.

The latest Participatory and Inclusive Autism Research Practice Guides are now available! The Guides contain an overview of important participatory research principles, concepts, and practices, followed by six focussed guides addressing both participatory and inclusive research.

Short online course for clinical professionals

Open to all key clinical professions, including primary health care providers such as GPs, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, paediatricians, psychologists, and psychiatrists, the course is available through Speech Pathology Australia and Occupational Therapy Australia. Open to members and non-members.
