Paul brings valuable experience in the translation of biomedical research, including the commercialisation of biomarkers for neurological conditions. He currently provides business development services to a number of companies including BioCurate, and he has in the past worked at Austrade, facilitating foreign direct investment into Australian life sciences. Paul was an inaugural director of the CRC from 2013-15, initially drawn to the CRC through his relationships with parents with autistic children. He was pleased to be reappointed to the Board in 2018.
“I am motivated to assist the CRC by applying my business skills and understanding of life sciences research. Autism CRC is particularly important to me because I believe a national, coordinated effort is the best way that Australia can contribute to the global autism research effort.”
