Brendan has a passion for helping people using technology, and leads product development at the Autism CRC. He studied Information Systems and has over 10 years’ experience in Technology working from operations, service management, business analysis, leadership and Innovation.

Prior to joining Autism CRC, Brendan worked in B2B recruitment software, and in the utility and state government sectors, utilising skills that include Agile/Scrum, Human Centered design, Build-Measure-Learn, Jobs-to-be-Done and ITIL methodologies. His other studies include Mental Health First Aid and the full range leadership model.

Brendan is directing MyWay Employability – an evidence-based self-determination product. Currently in the development phase, he’s testing concepts with potential users, whilst forming a future roadmap based on feedback, the market landscape and opportunities in the neurodiverse employment space.
