DXC Technology is honoured to be the 2023 Autism @ Work Summit platinum sponsor.

The 2023 Autism @ Work Summit provided a unique platform for professionals, employers, educators and neurodivergent individuals to come together to share their experiences and explore the potential of neurodiversity in the workplace. By fostering understanding, promoting inclusive practices and recognising the immense value that autistic individuals bring to organisations, we can create a more inclusive and innovative society.

Here at DXC, we are extremely proud and excited about our Autism @ Work Programs that have been established through our DXC Dandelion Program. Over the last nine years the DXC Dandelion Program has successfully established 17 teams across Australia, working within DXC’s public and private sector customers, employing over 250 people on the autism spectrum. We are pleased to announce that the program has expanded into other countries around the world, where we have established teams in the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Poland
  • Bulgaria
  • Philippines

Future expansion plans include: Asia, United States and other parts of Europe in 2023.

With our strategic neurodiversity partner Untapped, DXC and Untapped have developed a number of innovative technology initiatives that assist employers, service providers and autistic people. These innovations are a result of our combined learnings over the years and findings from our research. The program continues to innovate and evolve – for example:

  • Uptimize – A neurodiversity e-learning platform, DXC acted as a corner stone customer and open-sourced its manager training to Uptimize to help with the foundation
  • Life Sherpa – A mobile coaching application focused neurodiversity.
  • Establishment of Neurodiversity Hubs with Untapped – Portal providing access to material to education institutions, employers and students from IBM, Cornell University, Carnegie Mellon, RIT, Drexel
  • Waypoint Platform – A Talent Management Solution, focused on assisting neurodiversity talent to thrive within the workplace, DXC acted as a corner stone customer with the Israeli Roim Rachok program
  • Genius Armoury Platform - Genius Armoury in collaboration with Untapped, DXC, BHP, Splunk, La Trobe University, Curtin University, Forage, an online platform designed to identify and attract a previously untapped cyber security talent pool from within the autistic community
