Clinicians and therapists needed to understand assessment of functioning practices

Autism CRC is looking for clinicians and therapists who complete assessments of functioning for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions (including Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay & Autism) to complete a short survey.

It should only take about 15 minutes for you to complete the survey.

Who can participate?

All allied health or medical clinicians, who complete or assist with assessments of functioning, for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions of any age, and who work in Australia are eligible to participate.

What is the survey about?

The survey is about assessment of functioning practices and aims to better understand how assessments of functioning are being completed in Australia. Questions include what tools are used, which professions are involved, how much time it takes and what topics you cover during an assessment of functioning.

This research is focusing on assessing functioning using the World Health Organization's International Classification of Functioning Disability and Health for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Why is the survey being conducted?

Ultimately we hope this will assist to improve the assessment processes and outcomes for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions and to assist therapists and clinicians who work in this area.

How do I get involved?

It should only take about 15 minutes for you to complete the survey.

If you know of other therapists or clinicians who work in this area, please feel free to share this survey with them, as we would like input from as many people as possible.
