Abstract

There is low representation of autistic individuals in corporate governance roles. How can we upskill autistic adults to increase their representation in organisational decision-making and leadership? An initiative of Autism CRC, the Sylvia Rodger Academy develops and delivers capacity-building programs by and for autistic adults. The Governance Program upskills autistic adults in corporate governance.
