Autism CRC's Adelaide Roadshow

June was a busy month for Autism CRC, with exhibitions at both the Speech Pathology Australia Conference, and Occupational Therapy Australia’s OTAUS2025 Conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

It was lovely to meet so many practitioners using our resources, but it was also a great opportunity to reach out to those who know less about our work. We really appreciated sharing our knowledge and resources, but most of all we enjoyed hearing from attendees about their work with the autistic community.

There was great excitement generated by the new National Framework for assessing children’s functional strengths and support needs. Attendees were also keen to explore tour range of professional development eLearning courses to support the implementation of the National Guideline for the assessment and diagnosis of autism and the National Guideline for supporting the learning, participation, and wellbeing of autistic children and their families, along with a host of other initiatives and resources.

Attendees came from all over Australia, and we even spoke to people who had travelled all the way from Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and the USA.

Thanks to everyone who dropped by to say hi.
