Who can participate?

Children and adolescents on the autism spectrum along with their parents/caregivers who:

  • live in Australia; and
  • read and understand English language.

What is the project about?

The survey questions will relate to how well the individual on the spectrum is able to function in their everyday activities.

This project has been approved by Curtin University Human Research Ethics Committee (HRE2019-0001).

This is part of a larger Autism CRC project on the Development of an assessment of functioning tool based on the ICF Core Sets for Autism

How do I get involved?

The study involves completing two surveys. The main survey (Timepoint 1) will take between 2.5 and 3 hours to complete. It does not need to be completed in one sitting. You can save and return to the survey anytime. The second survey (Timepoint 2) will be sent out approximately 2 weeks after completion of the first survey and takes 45 - 60 minutes to complete.

There will be a gift voucher provided as a thank you for participating in the research.
